* We offer free standard delivery for Selected Metro QLD, VIC, and NSW areas.

For order values under $99, a standard delivery fee applies except you live in specified area as mentioned above. Customers in Metro areas can expect their standard delivery to arrive within 3 – 7 business days. Customers in WA, NT, and regional areas across the country can expect their delivery to arrive within 7 – 10 business days but it may take more depends upon the courier companys SLA's. We are proud to offer Australia-wide shipping services. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. How do you ship packages?

We use multiple shipping partners depending on the location and the order content. Generally, we use Australia Post. We usually ship the package from our warehouse in Melbourne, VIC.

Do you ship worldwide?

What about GST?

All items are inclusive of GST. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us for the tax invoice.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. Once the items are shipped we'll provide the tracking details.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, we provide tracking information for most of the destinations but there are some places where tracking is not possible. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “No information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. Please get in touch with us if your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
