Tracking & Order Updates
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes we also provide tracking details will be provided for most shipments. However, some locations may have limited tracking availability. If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days, please reach out to us.

It can take 2–5 business days for tracking information to update. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there's still no update, please contact us for assistance.
Will my order arrive in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages. If you receive only part of your order, rest assured the remaining items are on their way.
