How to search for products?
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get on the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method and product weight/volume. We use various partners to find the best possible shipping option. For more details on how shipping costs are calculated, please contact us directly.
What is Buyer Protection?
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.
You are protected when:
- The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
- The item you received was not as described.
- The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
Where is my order?
Please allow us two business days to process your order. Once the order is dispatched we send you the tracking information that gives you the exact order status.
How can I clean the cushion?
Comfilux cushion comes with a double cover for extra durability and protection. Machine washable outer cover makes it easier to clean. Comfilux cushion outer covering is machine washable on a gentle cycle with cold water only. First, remove the outer cover from the memory foam. Only use the dryer on low heat or preferably in an air-dry setting. WARNING: DO NOT PUT MEMORY FOAM IN THE WASHER OR DRYER. It will void the warranty or any claim.
How do I place this cushion on my chair?
Place your cushion with the cut-out towards the back of the chair. When you sit on your cushion align your tailbone with the cut-out. However, the cushion can be used either way with different utilisation. See the image below for the placement usage.
What is the difference between Gel enhanced memory foam vs. memory foam cushion? What is the added benefit of the GEL?
Gel-enhanced memory foam provides a better sitting experience with a cooling effect.
How much weight can this cushion hold?
The maximum recommended weight for our Seat Cushions is 120 kg. Please note that memory foam is heat and weight-sensitive, it will provide less support with increasing weight.
My cushion has an odour, is this normal?
It is normal for freshly manufactured and packaged memory foam to have some odour. We recommend airing out your cushion in a well-ventilated area for at least 24 hours and if possible let it sit outside for a few hours on a dry sunny day. Please do not hesitate to contact us if the odour persists.
Do you need additional back support with this? Another piece to go against the seat?
Our seat cushion alone is sufficient to turn any chair into a premium seat, however, you can add the benefits of our Lumbar Support Pillow which is frequently purchased as a bundle
Can I leave my cushion in the car after use?
Memory foam is heat responsive, in order to get the best performance, keep your cushion at room temperature at all times
Where can I purchase a replacement cover?
Replacement covers are currently not available online. Please contact us through our website and we'll let you know the availability and the process of buying the replacement cover.
Can I use the Comfilux cushion in my car or in the aeroplane?
Yes, Comfilux cushions are designed to be portable and it's common practice within our customer base to use their Comfilux Cushion while commuting especially in the car, train, bus or even in the aeroplane

Comfilux Gel enhanced seat cushions are designed to be used while sitting especially on a stable surface to give you the ultimate comfort and support
